hi!! this is slightly embarrassing but i haven’t actually read asoue in years so i don’t remember much…. i just know i liked violet a lot and admired her resourcefulness + intelligence. it’s on my list of things to reread but the list is long lol
i guess a hc is maybe violet ties her hair up in ribbons when she’s thinking or inventing stuff because their mother used to do it for her when violet was little? so then when she learned how to do it herself it became something of a habit (apart from the obvious ‘to keep it out of her eyes’)
